Sophomores and Juniors interested in a job shadowing experience can take part in the Express to Success spring break mentoring program. Students will be paired up with successful alumni in a job field that best fits with their major and career interests. This experience helps students get more of a feel of exactly what career path they want to take. opportunities range from 3 days to a week with hands on experiences and a chance to network in the area students are interested in.
According to Associate Director of Alumni Relations, Stefania Campbell, "Students get the opportunity really sitting with that person at their job so you get to ask questions that you dont get to ask in an internship process because in an internship you like one of the colleagues and one of the members of the team and its unique in that you get a different view point on the job and theres no credits its stricting just a job shadow.
