It is with great sadness that STN2 is able to confirm that former anchor and reporter Jackie Kastrinelis, a member of the Hartt Class of 2010 died over the weekend.
Kastrinelis was the lead vocalist on a cruise ship, and was found dead when the ship arrived in Darwin Australia. Media reports out of Australia say that foul play has been ruled out.
Cruiselawnews.com reports that Kastrinelis hit her head during a rehearsal and was treated by a ship doctor before being found dead in her cabin at 10:45 Sunday morning.
