Chicken Quesadillas

You will need:

Thinly sliced chicken breast Green pepper Tomato Onion Shredded cheese Flour tortillas Cooking spray A george forman grill Knife and cutting board

Dice the peppers and onion first Then cut the tomato into small pieces Dice the chicken into small pieces Spray the grill with cooking spray Cook the chicken on the grill Take off and put on a plate Spray the grill with cooking spray Cook the vegetables all at once on the grill Take off and put on the plate Spray the grill with cooking spray Place one tortilla on the bottom of the grill Place the cooked chicken and the cooked veggies on the tortilla Sprinkle cheese on top, add another tortilla and close the lid The quesadilla is ready when the cheese is melted and the tortilla is slighty brown

Sweet Potatoes Buy 2 medium-large sweet potatoes Poke holes in them with a metal fork Cook in microwave on high for 15-20 minutes until tender. Split open and top with butter, sour cream, cinnamon and sugar, or whatever else you like Enjoy!
